Pearsuasion
A dry white wine made from certified organic Bartlett pears. Aged briefly with French oak, this wine has aromas and flavors of ripe melting pears with citrus and hints of lemongrass on the palate. Wonderful with cheeses, coconut milk and curry dishes, light meats and salads.
