Ice Lady Mistelle
Apple Apertif
A light golden wine made from certified organically grown Similkameen valley apples: pink lady and other fall varieties. The wine has aromas of fresh apple blossom with flavors of fresh apple butter puree, honey, almond and a hint of licorice with a long finish. Wonderful as an aperitif or after dinner on it’s own or with cheeses and favorite desserts.
