Caught Apricot Mistelle
A fortified wine made from a delicate apricot nectar
Several varieties of organic tree ripened apricots are used in this fortified wine. The tartness of the fruit is balanced by some sweetness on the palate. Tree ripening the fruit contributes to the body of the wine. Served chilled as an aperitif or digestif. Great with cheese or exotic desserts.
