Bliss is lovingly handcrafted from naturally grown exotic Rainer White Cherries. This rare white port-style wine is aged with young oak, has aromas and flavours of brandy and cognac, and envelopes the unique charactersitics of rich, ripe, white cherries.

Ice Lady Mistelle

A light golden wine made from certified organically grown Similkameen Valley pink lady apples and honey. The wine has aromas of fresh apple blossom with flavours of fresh apple butter puree, honey, almond and a hint of licorice with a long finish. Wonderful as an aperitif, after dinner on it’s own or with cheeses, foie gras and desserts.

Plumiscuous Plum Mistelle

FORTIFIED RED PLUM WINE

A plum nectar wine made from Euro and Asian red plums. The aromas of this wine embrace the exotic delicate plum, and the palate exudes ripe plum, tropical fruit, melon and notes of strawberry and cranberry.

FORTIFIED WINE MADE FROM APRICOT NECTAR

Nectar of the Gods in a bottle! This wine is made from 3 varieties of organic apricots and exudes the intense sweetness and spiciness of the apricot. Luxurious and velvety on the palate, it’s as if the tree ripened apricot was squeezed straight into the bottle. Great accompaniment to exotic appetizers, desserts, cheeses, and white chocolate.

Cerise D’Eve

RED CHERRY PORTSTYLE

Cerise d’Eve is lovingly crafted from fresh, sweet cherries. Made in the authentic port style, this wine is aged with oak and envelopes the true characteristics of deep rich cherries. It is a shimmering red port wine with huge aromas of ripe cherries. Bursts of red ripe cherry flavour govern the complex nature of the oak aged port wine which is an excellent accompaniment to dark chocolate desserts and after dinner digestifs.

Spring into Summer

Kim & I continue to be proud to offer customers a diverse variety and styles of wine. “ Our winery is like a one stop wine experience”. We now produce 20 wines from dry whites, bubbly, reds to off dry fruit and premium grape wines, dessert wines including late harvest styles, iced wine, Mistelles and Portstyles. There is something for every palate! The farm, Ven’Amour Organics, is almost in full bloom. This time a year reminds us of the unique yearly process of renewal. Now in our 36th year of organic farming, the farm is a crucial part of the winery. Our wines are predominantly made from estate grown organic fruit. We like to remind everyone that we grow over 60 varieties of tree fruits from soft fruit cherries, peaches, apricots, plums to 25 varieties of apples with several choices of pears including the exclusive Asian pears that produce our luscious award winning “Pearsuasion” off dry wine and the famous Impearfection” dessert wine. The organically grown fruit is available throughout the growing season at our on site fruit stand or just give us a call at 250-499-2649 to reserve the fruit for pick up.
